Brashear hosted Sturgeon Monday for softball. Sturgeon got on the scoreboard with a run in the 2nd and another in the 3rd, but the Lady Tigers answered with 5 runs in the bottom of the 3rd. Sturgeon managed one more run in the 7th, but Brashear held on for the win by a final score of 5-3. Cassidy Althide, Lana Vansickle, and Maddie Moots had hits for Brashear. Cassidy Althide got the start for Brashear with 6 strikeouts.
